Houses up to 1500 sqft. - $325

Houses 1500 to 2000sqft. - $355

Houses 2000 to 2500 sqft. - $395

Houses more than 2500 sqft. - $450

Charcoal canister test using two canisters exposed for a 48-hour period. Expedited status to get lab results in business 2 - 4 business days.

Use of Infra-Red camera to locate potential moisture, insulation inefficiencies, potential rodents, and/or electrical hot spots.

Water samples collected and tested at local lab facility for metal and microbial contaminates. Turn around time 2-3 business days.

Provide insight and assessment if you are planning a remodel or restoration project. Investigation of problems you may be experiencing.

Test septic system for leakage. This will require a significant amount of water to be run (approximately 75 gallons per bedroom).
