Licensed Home Inspector in New York State (License #1600079992) and Florida (License #HI13820) with Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials providing a quality home inspection service.

With over 31 years in the corporate arena managing projects and service quality for large enterprise clients, my goal is to use this experience to ensure BHI delivers a quality product/service for you. 

Owning and operating residential properties for over 18 years, working as a Property Preservation Supervisor, and 4+ years of home inspection has provided me with an array of real estate experience and knowledge.
